John Knox Village broke ground on an new wing of its popular neighborhood, The Meadows, in May 2021, and are making good progress toward the Fall 2022 opening.

Interesting Facts About The Meadows Expansion

• The building is expected to open in Fall 2022.
• It includes 52 new apartment homes that are all 2-bedroom or 1-bedroom with den. It is the second largest building on the Village campus.
• It is four stories tall on top of a parking garage with 52 stalls, including electric charging stations.
• The new building will connect to the existing Meadows Complex.
