Helping People Live Well with Parkinson’s Disease

Parkinson’s Connection by John Knox Village uses a whole person approach to helping with the unique challenges that individuals and families face when living with Parkinson’s disease. The program offers Parkinson’s-specific wellness, fitness, education and support services, such as:
• Rock Steady Boxing
• PWR!Moves®
• Tai Chi
• Therapeutic Drumming
• Dietary consultations
• Four support groups
