A: At John Knox Village, your lease will include maintenance services, access to campus amenities, and certain utilities like water, gas, electricity, telephone, and basic cable. Residents also receive a monthly credit to use at the community’s multiple on-site dining venues.
Bi-weekly housekeeping and weekly flat linen service, on-campus transportation, and full access to on-site fitness centers, indoor pools, a golf course, movie theater, dog park, pickleball, and a wide variety of other community amenities are available to all residents.
Q: Is a deposit required?
A: Yes, a refundable deposit is typically required to reserve your apartment. The amount can vary based on the size and type of residence.
Q: How does maintenance work?
A: Regular maintenance and repairs are handled by our team. Residents simply call our work order service line or submit an online work order, and we take care of the rest—without extra charges for standard maintenance.
Q: Can I personalize my apartment?
A: Within guidelines, residents are often able to make certain personal touches, like painting walls or hanging pictures. Major modifications may require approval.
