Light Exercise:

Golden-n-Groovin’

Includes a variety of range of motion exercises performed both standing and sitting.

Toning 4 Life

Geared to your personal level, this class works every part of your body to strengthen and tone from a seated position.

Square/Line Dancing

Dancers are guided through a sequence of steps by the caller to the beat of the music. No partner required.

Stretch & Flex

Beginning/Intermediate class focuses on strengthening muscles, challenging your heart and limbering up your body.

Zumba Gold

Targeted specifically to seniors, Zumba Gold is a fun-filled hour of fitness that includes music with fast and slow rhythms, as well as resistance training through dance moves to work your abs, thighs, arms, and other muscles throughout the body.

Chair Zumba

Easy-to-follow Zumba choreography while in the chair! Feel empowered and strong with your new dance partner, the chair.

Strength Training:

Stretch & Flex

Intermediate/Advanced class incorporating the use of dumbbells, exercise bands and weights while standing, lying and sitting on the floor.

Power Pump

Improve walking, balance, strength and endurance using Nautilus equipment, targeting major muscle groups.

Balance

Improve the range of motion in your lower extremities, build core strength and stability, and improve posture.

Transitional Training

Hands-on help and a supportive group setting to help you improve balance, endurance and strength while sitting in a chair.

Mind & Body:

Mat Yoga

Physical and psychological discipline that improves posture, range of motion, muscular strength, bone mass density, lung capacity, balance, core strength, stress levels, self-esteem and self-worth.

Chair Yoga

Designed to allow all levels to participate in a yoga program with assistance of a chair.

Tai Chi

Slow gentle movements lengthen and strengthen the muscles resulting in improved posture and balance. A great stress reliever that helps other health conditions as well.

Relaxation

Travel the road to relaxation without leaving your chair!

Personal Plumbing

Urinary incontinence can be improved! This class will help strengthen the necessary muscles involved in aiding bladder control.

Brain Fitness

Interactive class involving a variety of brain-stimulating activities aimed to improve cognitive reasoning in a fun group environment.

Water:

H20bics

Vigorous water aerobics class utilizing aqua dumbbells, noodles and kickboards. Swimming skills are not required.

Water Volleyball

Have fun while staying in shape and sharpening your athletic skills. All levels are welcome.

Gentle Waves

Format includes gentle range-of-motion, rhythmic movement and endurance. Swimming skills are not required.

Aqua Zumba

Blending the Zumba philosophy with water resistance, this is a low-impact, high-energy pool party that will tone your muscles and give you a great cardio workout.
