We provide spacious apartments that include a kitchen or kitchenette, walk-in showers with a seat and grab bars, individual thermostat controls and bay windows or window seats. There are several different floor plans, each designed for comfort. The apartments also include an emergency pull-cord system and two-way nurse call system.
The flat fee also includes:
- Maintenance and utilities, except telephone
- Expanded basic cable television
- Housekeeping services
- Laundry facilities and services
