The activity director has been a part of Valley View Residential Care for more than 10 years and uses that experience to develop activities and events that foster relationships, active living, and lifelong learning . From outings and trips, to baking group, cards, parties and more, it is easy for residents to be as involved as they care to be.
They can continue to do those activities and hobbies they’ve always enjoyed, or learn something new. We focus on all aspects of our residents’ well-being, including their social, intellectual, emotional, spiritual and physical needs.
There are also many Village wide activities, programs and amenities that residents can participate in.
A sampling of Valley View activities and amenities include:
- Four to five scheduled activities each day, including monthly shopping trips and other outings.
- Chaplain services
- Computers for resident use
- Courtyard area
- Volunteer opportunities
