Pain Management
Pain management is the process of providing medical care that alleviates or reduces chronic pain.

Personal Care Services
Personal care services are provided to an individual who needs help with the essential activities of daily living.  [LINK: “activities of daily living” to the definition on this page.] These essential activities of daily living include assistance with eating, bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and supervision of medications.

Physical Therapist
A physical therapist is a health care professional who specializes in treating muscle and skeletal problems that affect your ability to move and function in daily life. They help decrease your pain and restore your strength and range of motion. Physical therapy is also used to teach people how to move properly to prevent injuries. Physical therapists are trained in accredited programs within colleges or universities. They are required to be licensed in the state in which they practice.

Power of Attorney
A legal document allowing one person to act in a legal matter on another's behalf pursuant to financial or real-estate transactions.
