Continuing Care agreement options at the Village are designed to help protect you and your family from the increasing costs of long-term health care, as well as protect the value of your estate. A one-time entrance fee guarantees your priority access to our assisted living or skilled nursing services plus all of the services and amenities the Village has to offer.
The entrance fee and monthly service fee are based on the residency agreement you chose. Depending on the amount of long-term health care coverage you desire, the percentage refund of your entrance fee and the specific Village residence you select, we offer the choice of two solid financial plans to accommodate a wide variety of budget and long-term health care planning needs. These financial options are:
- Silver Plus Continuing Care
- Platinum Plus Life Care
Both of these residency agreements provide a home for life regardless of your financial well-being.
Lease Agreements provide access to all the services, amenities and activities the Village has to offer. Through a once-a-month, all-inclusive lease fee, you enjoy all the benefits of the Village lifestyle. Future care needs in skilled nursing, assisted living or home care are available on a fee-for-service basis.
