| At John Knox Village, we strive to provide services, amenities, residential choices and financial options that meet the current and future needs of seniors.
The Village offers four financial options that fit a wide variety of budgets and long-term health care planning needs.
These two plans include industry proven models which have been successful for more than 50 years. These plans include a one-time entry fee and a monthly service fee. The one-time entrance fee provide you asset protection from the rising cost of long-term health care by including discounts and predictable cost on long-term health care services if needed in the future. You will also receive priority access to our assisted living and skilled nursing facility. The amount of the entrance fee and monthly service fee is dependent on the home and agreement chosen. These financial options are:
- Life Care Advantage – Provides predictable long-term health care costs for life.
- Continuing Care Advantage – Designed to be compatible with long-term health care insurance.
The Village also offers a Fee-For-Service Advantage option, which is for those who do not want or need protection against long-term health care costs. The agreement includes a 100 % refundable entrance fee and monthly service fee. The agreement does not include long-term health care coverage.
If these agreements don’t meet your needs, the Village offers a Lease Advantage agreement. A monthly service fee is paid and no entrance fee is required. Residents have access to all of the amenities, services and activities of the Village and standard rates for long-term health care services will apply.
