New Projects

Not a day goes by that we aren't looking for new ways to make the lives of our residents fuller, richer and more comfortable. Here's what we're working on now ....

Courtyard Renovation

Phase I of our 10-year multi-million dollar Courtyard renovation project is now complete. This project includes 34 new one- and two-bedroom apartment homes and the completion of the outside and inside of the Courtyard commons area, including the Courtyard Community Center, Courtyard Café, Sweete Shoppe, a spacious new library with high-speed internet, Gifts & More, and a new Arts & Crafts studio. Phase II will begin in the spring of 2007 and will include an additional 56 one- and two-bedroom apartment homes.

Lilac Villas

Five attached Villas are scheduled to be finished in February 2007. These Villas will be showcasing our Common Sense Design (service mark) features to make them more livable for residents as their abilities change over time.

Country Club Apartments Common Area Beautification

Lounges, hallways, lighting, carpeting, handrails and wall treatments will be updated in the Country Club Apartments beginning in July 2006.
