Staff Qualifications
The staff at The Children's Village brings years of expertise to our program. A teacher who has a degree in early childhood education or a closely related field leads each classroom with support from assistant teachers with some early childhood education and previous child care experience. Along with this diversity of expertise, our associates bring one other thing to our program: a genuine love for and commitment to children.
The Children's Village associates have criminal background checks, child abuse screenings, reference checks and drug screenings, maintain current CPR certification, and participate in 12 hours of continuing education each year.
