Enrollment Procedures
Your child will be enrolled at The Children's Village when space is available in the appropriate classroom. If space is not currently available, we will place your name on a waiting list for the next available spot. Spots cannot be guaranteed more than six weeks in advance.
John Knox Village associates receive priority for any available spots.
Prior to enrollment, the following information must be provided:
- Enrollment form
- Updated immunization records
- Current medical examination
(signed by physician)
- Health report completed by parent for school-aged child
- Specialized instructions for infants and toddlers
