Full and part-time associates who work 20 or more hours per week are eligible to participate the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.
The Village encourages each associate to live a healthy lifestyle. Healthy choices can earn associates Wellness Credits to apply toward the cost of health insurance premiums. Earn 1 credit for each of the following activities (maximum 3 credits per year):
- Non-smoker certification from doctor
- Physical activity (up to 2 credits for wellness exercise activity)
To earn credits, associates must have an annual health screening AND complete an on-line health risk assessment.
Additionally, associates may be reimbursed up to $100 per year toward the cost of a weight loss or smoking cessation program. Other Wellness Rewards include: an on-site fitness center, flu shots, health screenings and mammograms.
