Full and part-time associates who work 20 or more hours per week are eligible to participate the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.
The Village encourages each associate to live a healthy lifestyle. Healthy choices can earn associates Wellness Credits to apply toward the cost of health insurance premiums. Earn 1 credit for each of the following activities (maximum 3 credits per year):
- Non-smoker certification
- Physical Activity (1 credit for each 70 hours of activity)
To earn credits, associates have an annual health screening and complete a health assessment.
Additionally, associates may be reimbursed up to $50 per year toward the cost of a weight loss or smoking cessation program.
