Full and part-time associates who work 20 or more hours per week are eligible to participate the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.
Associates can participate in this tax-savings program in three ways:
- Pre-tax health and dental premiums
- Medical reimbursement account
- Dependent care reimbursement account
Set aside in a savings account a portion of each paycheck prior to payroll taxes. Designate whether the money is for medical expenses or dependent care (may have an account for each). When expenses are incurred, file a claim and the money is reimbursed to you from the account – tax free.
