Full and part-time associates who work 20 or more hours per week are eligible to participate the first day of the month following 30 days of employment. Short-Term Disability
Voluntary, associate-paid premiums. Provides 50% of pay for medical disability that lasts more than 30 days. Maximum 6-month disability benefit.
Long-Term Disability
Voluntary, associate-paid premiums. Provides 60% of pay for medical disability that lasts more than 6 months.
