Full- and part-time associates who work 20 or more hours per week are eligible to participate the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.
John Knox Village provides this benefit on your behalf. Provides 50% of pay for medical disability that lasts more than 7 calendar days. Maximum 90 day disability benefit.
Voluntary, associate-paid premiums. Provides 60% of pay for medical disability that lasts more than 90 days.
Both plans are administered through Hartford Insurance Company.
