Full and part-time associates who work 20 or more hours per week are eligible to participate the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.
Basic Life Insurance and Accidental Death/Dismemberment:
- Full-Time – 1 times annual salary
- Part-Time - $10,000
- Premiums paid by Village.
Supplemental Life Insurance:
- For associate – up to 4 times salary, maximum of $100,000 guaranteed.
- For spouse – up to half of associate’s coverage.
- For dependent children - $5,000 or $10,000
- Associate pays premiums for Supplemental Life coverage.
