John Knox Village is part of a larger community, in Lee's Summit and in the metro area, and we—residents and associates alike—have a responsibility to participate in and enhance the lives of others. We challenge the people of John Knox Village to look for ways to share their spirit, pride and talents with members of our surrounding communities. Each year they rise to the challenge by contributing their time, money and talents to various civic events; events that raise awareness related to diseases; funds to battle diseases that affect so many of those we serve, such as through the Alzheimer's Association Memory Walk and United Way Drive; and efforts that make our community stronger, such as participation in our schools through Partners in Education.
