John Knox Village's mission is to enrich the lives of older adults through community living.
Today, our continuing care retirement community and the home care services we offer metro-wide are being widely recognized as the best and most comprehensive in the area.
There is a lot more to aging successfully than just growing older, so we're working to create a new model of successful aging that enhances every person's potential and lessens the negative effects of getting older. It's the central focus of all we do. You'll see it in the services we offer, the values we embrace, and the goals we aspire to fulfill.
We have developed long-term strategic plans that will help us continue to offer our services to even more older adults in and around the Kansas City area. But, even as we grow the services we offer and expand the geographic area in which we offer services, our commitment to and our purpose of serving older adults will never waiver.
Housing
We offer more than 1,400 housing choices, ranging from free-standing homes to apartment complexes, private apartments in our assisted living facility and residence in the Village Care Center, our 430-bed skilled nursing center.
